We are not responsible for Printful’s fulfillment delays or shipping carrier issues but will help resolve any fulfillment-related concerns where possible.

Nominations & Voting System

After purchasing, you may submit a nomination of a local, regional, or national candidate who supports human rights or social justice causes.

By submitting a nomination:

You affirm the information you provide is accurate and respectful
You give us permission to display the nominee’s name and your statement publicly
You agree that others may share your nomination via social media

Votes are collected for public awareness and engagement, and the winning candidate each month may be selected for a donation, subject to our internal review. Humanity for All reserves the right to verify nominee alignment with our core values before making any donations.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site—including text, images, logos, graphics, and designs—is the property of Humanity for All or its partners and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the website without prior written consent.

User Content and Conduct

If you submit content (e.g., nominations, reviews, comments):

You retain ownership but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and share your content

Returns & Refunds

Due to the on-demand nature of our apparel, all sales are final unless:

The product arrives damaged
You received the wrong item

In such cases, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with proof of the issue and we will help resolve it through our fulfillment partner, Printful.

Humanity for All is not liable for:

Delays, interruptions, or technical issues with the Site
